D3 is committed to systematizing and making widely accessible the knowledge of our field, with this web site as our platform for communication.  Building on our previous work, Democratic Dialogue—A Handbook for Practitioners (2007), we are researching and writing a practical guide to strategy development, process design and action inquiry in dialogic change processes.  The basic framework of the guide is the Design and Learning Protocol, a product of many years of experience in the field, academic study and conversation with other practitioners.  Also available on the site are papers and reports that show the development of our thinking on different topics and links to web sites and online publications we consider especially valuable.
